All programs are offered on an individual basis or can include friends or family. Participation in the programs can be performed separately, “a la carte” or as a mixture of the three, depending on needs and goals of the client.
A session with Stewart is unlike any other personal training experience. Stewart listens to your personal fitness goals, creates an environment built upon trust and extensive knowledge and designs a fitness program specific to the needs and goals of each client. His expertise includes weight management, resistance training, cardio respiratory fitness, nutrition counseling and rehabilitation. Many clients focus on one area in particular, while others are looking for a dynamic balance in all areas of fitness. Regardless of your goals, Stewart will custom design an interval program based on the principles of periodization, to allow you to reach previously unattainable goals. All personal fitness programs include nutrition planning, cardio respiratory and resistance training “homework” to be completed on days you are not training in the studio, as well as email access and detailed analysis and feedback on goal progress. All personal fitness programs combine resistance training, fundamentals of movement, plyometrics, yoga, boxing, martial arts, and meditation, just to name a few. Stewart has perfected the success of the half hour workout; the effectiveness is undeniable, and the results are guaranteed. The 30-30 session includes one half hour of custom cardiovascular training, completed either before or after your one on one 30 minute session with Stewart. The cardiovascular program is designed to promote weight loss and increase endurance. In addition to your custom cardio training, you will spend one half hour with Stewart in a non-stop High Intensity workout. You will also complete a systematic cool down and stretching specific to your needs. Total time of this session is approximately one hour and ten minutes. Full hour sessions are reserved for small group sessions (2 on 1) or for clients seeking more specific goals, such as sport specific training, extreme weight loss, hypertrophy (increasing muscle mass) or time sensitive goals designed to prepare you for upcoming photo shoots, tour dates, class reunions, or weddings. Clients are welcome to combine any personal fitness program with the MEPS™ program or Meditraining programs (described below).
